These variations are part of the intended design and do not qualify as defects.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, fit, colour, or quality of a product will exactly match what appears on your screen or meet every personal expectation.

All product descriptions, prices, details, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.

When you place an order with Bag of Bones, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item or items.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address or delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bag of Bones is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered because of incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Bag of Bones does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, personal preference, or minor product variations. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping.
